DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte Body Scrub

psl-body-scrubIf you love pumpkin spice, this is your time of year.  You can cruise right into your local Starbucks and pick up your Pumpkin Spice Latte, stop by a donut shop for a pumpkin spice donut (or make your own!), and then go home and light your pumpkin spice candles.  It’s really quite amazing.  But why stop there?  Why not sneak a little of that pumpkin spice into your beauty routine?

Before you think it’s crazy, hear me out…  Because what you might not know is that besides being delicious, pumpkin is actually pretty great for your skin.  Rich in enzymes and antioxidants, pumpkin removes dead skin cells and nourishes your skin.  And coffee?  Well that’s surprisingly good too.  Coffee is a great anti-inflammatory and can help smooth your skin.  Coffee has even been proven to temporarily reduce cellulite.  When you think about it, besides being a great beverage combination, pumpkin spice and coffee are also a pretty great beauty combo.

So why not combine the two to make the perfect fall body scrub – Pumpkin Spice Latte Body Scrub!pumpkin-spice-latte-scrub-instructions

Easy to make, with many ingredients you probably already have at home, this scrub is the perfect addition to your fall beauty regimen.  It smells great and will leave your skin nourished and silky smooth.pumpkin-spice-latte-scrub-directions
