It’s that time – everyone’s talking about back to school, school supply lists, and the first day of classes. For some, it might still be a month away, but in parts of the country, school has already begun (yes, I’m looking at you Atlanta public schools that started on August 1st!). Crazy, I know. As for me, I’m sending my oldest off to Pre-K in a little over a week which has sent me into a flurry of emotions and trying to pull myself together enough to purchase everything on the much too long school supply list. Where do I even buy oversized pencils, anyway?
The one thing that I’m not stressed about? Back to school clothes shopping! When I was little, it was pretty much my favorite part of going back to school and Greenleigh loves to shop. She don’t need a ton of new clothes, just a few new pieces – an outfit for her first day, an outfit for picture day, maybe some separates to spruce up some of the options she already has. My giddiness for school shopping was only compounded when I found that one of my favorite places for kids clothes, Taylor Joelle Designs, is having a sale. A HUGE sale. Everything on their stylish site has been reduced. Who could pass that up?
