Conquer Dinner Chaos with Red Baron

This post is sponsored by Red Baron but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

Every year as school starts to wind down, I find myself dreaming of the easy summer days to come.  Lazy days filled with sun, swimming, and endless hours to read or watch tv or do anything we want to do.  The days I dream about are nothing short of idyllic…only for school to end and me to figure out that summer isn’t anything remotely close to easy.

Real summer days are filled with kids going to camps in every which direction, pool water all over my tile floor courtesy of kids running into the house to grab snacks, and the ever dreaded “I’m bored!” being yelled in the few minutes that I’m not keeping them thoroughly entertained.  And have I mentioned the fridge worth of groceries they seem to eat in a day?  Ahhhh…summer.  Not the one I dream of each May, but the real one that real moms all over the country are dealing with right now at this very moment.  In case you’re wondering, all the things mentioned above actually happened in my house just 2 days after school let out [insert heavy sigh here].

But as it turns out, I’m not alone, because more than 2 in 5 moms view their kids’ summer break as the least relaxing time of the year*.  And many of those moms report reach their breaking point within just 13 days of summer break starting (I’m considering myself to be an overachiever in that I reached it by day 2).  Reality is, when the kids are home over summer vacation, it’s easy for moms to fall behind on laundry, meal planning, grocery shopping, and so many essential chores of parenthood.  It’s enough to cause a mom to go nothing short of insane.  I’m not sure how “mom-nesia” makes me forget how challenging summer can really be each year, but I’m dealing with it, thanks to a little help from Red Baron.

On those chaotic summer days, Red Baron helps me get dinner done.  Ready in just minutes, Red Baron’s Classic Crust pizza is not too thick, and not too thin.  It’s crispy, airy, flaky, and layered crust is nothing short of perfection. It’s better than take out or delivery and available in 11 different flavors from Pepperoni to Chipotle Chicken, so there’s something for everyone.  My family is very picky when it comes to pizza, but Red Baron is something we can all agree on.  Nothing gets my kids to the dinner table faster than the announcement that we’re having pizza for dinner.

Don’t get me wrong, the summer chaos will continue but for us well into the foreseeable future, but, for us, Red Baron is the calm in the summer dinner chaos.  It’s the easy, delicious meal that helps me get dinner done.

How do you conquer dinner during the busy summer months?  Have you ever tried Red Baron pizza?
