I love summer because I get to take my kids to the lake and play in the water
I love being able to go for long walks on the beach in the summer.
I love having the kids home and getting to take them to the lake and going swimming is so much fun!
My favorite things is that the kids are home and their schedule is not so full. We get to spend more time together.
My fave thing about summer is the fresh veggies and fruit!

My favorite thing is summer nights. I take walks at night and in the summer the kids go with me and we talk and look at the stars. during the school year everyone is to busy with homework etc and they go to bed earlier so usually I wqlk on my own. So that is my favorite thing, nice walks on beautiful summer nights

Spending time with my kid, home from school is my favorite thing about summer.
It’s really hard for me to pick one thing. I like the fact we wear less/lighter clothing, it’s easier doing laundry in the warmer months. I also enjoy being able to step outside and going somewhere with the kids without having to make sure we’ve got hats/mittens/gloves.. .. now it’s just a water bottle! .. I love how much cleaner my house stays due to snow and slush not being tracked in… and I’ve always preferred heat over cold!
I like the longer days. I can still do yardwork or go for a walk when I get home from work.
I just love being able to soak up the sun outside 🙂
Summer barbecues are definitely in the top five of my favorites.

My favorite thing about summer is the laid back schedule. I still have to work but I don’t have to worry about cramming everything into my day after my daughter gets home from school and making sure she makes it to bed on time.
