The Sesame Street K is for Kindness Tour is Coming to Pembroke Lakes Mall

If you’re anything like me, you’re always looking for something fun to do with the kids on the weekends.  Something to keep the kids busy, something that they’ll love, and something that will stop those dreaded words “I’m bored!” from escaping their lips.  But finding something that the whole family will like can be tough, and normally, when you find it there’s a considerable price tag attached.  Luckily, the perfect free, family event is coming to cities all over the United States, with a stop in Pembroke Pines, Florida this Saturday, January 21, 2017!

The Sesame Street K is for Kindness Tour pop-up event a free, mul­ti-city expe­ri­en­tial tour designed to celebrate the new, 47th sea­son of Sesame Street.  Everyone will be there, and by everyone I mean Elmo and Abby Cad­ab­by, of course!  Inspired by the new season of Sesame Street, this event was cre­at­ed especially for preschool fans and their families.  This immer­sive, lim­it­ed-engage­ment tour fea­tures hands-on dig­i­tal learn­ing fun, par­tic­i­pa­tion from local libraries in each com­mu­ni­ty includ­ing bilin­gual Eng­lish / Span­ish books and activ­i­ties, “meet and greets” with the cos­tumed char­ac­ters, and a 15-min­ute inter­ac­tive live stage show star­ring walk-around ver­sions of the series’ beloved char­ac­ters.  It’s everything that your little Sesame Street fan could ever want and more.  Plus, it might leave you reminiscing about some of your favorite memories…because who didn’t love Sesame Street as a kid?  I know I did!  My mom used to tape them for me so I didn’t miss an episode!

Catch the Sesame Street K is for Kindness Tour at Pembroke Lakes Mall this Saturday, January 21, 2017 starting at 11am and running until 4pm.  But don’t delay, once this event is over, they’re off to another great city!  Don’t miss this free family fun and your chance to meet your child’s favorite Sesame Street characters live and in person!
