My Christmas Card to You

A few weeks ago, I posted that I had absolutely no idea what our Christmas cards were going to look like.  We still needed to take pictures, pick a card, design it…and when it comes to Christmas cards, there are just so many choices.  But I’m glad to report that we finally got everything done – just in time for the holidays.   So here it is,  my Christmas card to you:Our cards this year were done by PaperSnaps, a company I hadn’t heard of before, but when I saw their cards I knew it was the company we were going to use.  We went with a flat card, but they also offer folded and tri-fold and many of their cards allow you to insert up to 3 pictures.  But then came the hard part – picking a design.  There were just so many that I loved.  We ended up selecting the Merry & Bright design, because it was exactly the message that I wanted to send without being overdone.  And in addition to the front of the card being festive, the back was decorated too!  No matter how this card is opened by the recipient, it brings holiday cheer.  This is the back of our card:With a few quick clicks, my card was personalized and the picture was changed to a photo of my adorable children.  Days later I got a proof which I approved and my order shipped out right after that.  It was all so easy and before I knew it, my package arrived – wrapped and packed like a present.

When you buy online, you never know what your getting – you can’t feel the feel the cardstock to see if it’s thick enough, you can’t see how the picture will print on your particular card, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve received envelopes for cards I’ve ordered that are so flimsy that you can see right through them.  But with PaperSnaps, you get exactly what you order…a quality product, printed on quality paper, and double checked by their careful staff.  These cards are just as bright and high quality as they look, and the cardstock is heavy and the envelopes are far from flimsy.  In fact, the envelopes might be my favorite part, because PaperSnaps offers to print your address on the back of your envelopes for a nominal fee.  As excited as I was to use my new address stamp, getting our address printed on these envelopes was the best decision I could have made.  I’ve saved a ton of time!

But the best part of PaperSnaps is the customer service – it’s beyond anything you could ever expect.  Especially at this time of year when people can get a bit cranky.  No matter what you want or need, PaperSnaps customer service is there for you.  Want to make modifications to the font, colors, or something else about your card?  There’s a place specifically on order page for you to do just that.  Want to know the exact day your order will arrive?  You can do that through the “My Account” tab located on the top right hand side of their website.  Have a burning question about your order that’s keeping you up at night?  Ask them!  They are available 24/7, and even on the weekends to help.  I got a response to all my emails within 24 hours and any issues I had were immediately fixed.  In an age when customer service is lacking, Paper Snaps shines!

My cards are now out in the mail, but there’s still time for you to order.  And if you no longer need holiday cards, PaperSnaps carries a full line of invitations, announcements,  Personalized Stationery Gifts, and Save the Date Magnets.  Happy Holidays!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I am always a fan of good customer service. Before I became a SAHM I worked as a quality specialist at a call center. Because of that experience I have stayed a stickler for good customer service. I use to not be the type of person to complain to a manager if an employee is rude but I do now. It’s nice to see Paper Snaps remembers the basics of good customer service. Your card came out beautiful. I’m going to have to give these guys a try in the future. Thanks for sharing!
