Sweetpea Maternity: Trendy, Affordable Maternity Clothes {Review & Giveaway}

No, I’m not pregnant.  Really, I’m not.  And plans for baby #3 are not in the works.  Now that we have that out of the way…

Having been pregnant twice, I can attest that pregnancy fashion is tough.  You want cute clothes.  I mean, who doesn’t?  Sure there are those days that you don’t care, but most of the time, you do.  You want to look nice and presentable.  But your body is stretching in directions you never thought possible and finding that perfect fit can be tough, let alone finding something that looks flattering.  And then there’s the cost.  If given the opportunity, I could have spent small fortune on maternity clothes, but I knew that the pieces that I bought were only going to get limited use.  Afterall, you only wear maternity clothes for a few months during your pregnancy, and, if you’re like me, a few months after.  [Sigh]  I constantly struggled with the desire to splurge and the need to be conservative about what I bought.

Unfortunately, I didn’t know about Sweetpea Maternity (formerly Kiki Maternity) either of the times I was pregnant.  Sweetpea Maternity specializes in trendy maternity clothes at extremely reasonable prices.  And unlike those stores in the mall that always seem to be selling the same old things, and just rotating the seasons, Sweetpea Maternity always has new items coming in and tries to keep up with the latest fashions.  Like right now, their site is full of cute sunglasses and maxi dresses.  Why should you have to give up style just because you’re expecting?  You shouldn’t.  And besides being affordable, there are always sales going on and there’s always free shipping on orders over $50.  Finally – Cheap maternity clothes that you’ll look great in!

The nice people at Sweetpea Maternity were kind enough to send me this cute black sundress to hold on to for when we do eventually have baby #3.  The pattern is exactly identical to this, but mine is short.  I loved it the minute I opened it – the cotton is soft, the sizing is perfect, and the design is flattering.  But I think the thing that I like the most about it is that it’s totally versatile.  It can be dressed up with a cardigan or worn on its own.  I think it could even be used as a pool coverup.  Although, I’m not pregnant, I decided to try it on anyway.Want to win a $25 Gift Certificate to Sweetpea Maternity?  Get something for yourself or give it to a friend who’s expecting.  It’s pretty much the perfect gift!  Just enter using the rafflecopter form below.
